PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Russell Oxsen oversees all operations at ROX Exploration, Inc. With over 35 years of experience, he is a seasoned member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and holds certifications as an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist and a Certified Earth Scientist of the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists (SIPES). Mr. Oxsen earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Oxsen’s business successes include ROX, an oilfield manufacturing company, and acreage A&D across Oklahoma.
ADAM OXSEN
VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE
Adam Oxsen brings nearly two decades of expertise in the oil and gas sector to his role at ROX Exploration. Hailing from Norman, OK, he earned a BFA with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma, and is a member of Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA). Beginning his journey with ROX Exploration in the Mid-Continent, Mr. Oxsen refined his management skills before transitioning into investor relations and financial management.

VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING & OPERATIONS
Mark Oxsen leads the drilling, completion, and production endeavors at ROX Exploration with precision and expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Oxsen is equipped with a solid foundation for his role. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), contributing to industry knowledge and advancements.

VICE PRESIDENT LAND
Kevin Oxsen leads the land department at ROX with expertise and dedication. A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Oxsen manages all aspects of leasing acquisitions for active drilling projects. His responsibilities include maintaining contracts and agreements, as well as fostering positive relationships with surface owners and landowners.
